It has a great, well presented garden that goes right around the house. The house is completely closed and is therefore ideal for families with children. Within the gardens you will find a nice shady Pavilion to enjoy the afternoon tea, or use as relaxing area, but also a playground for the kids.
A very generous pool with Roman stairs (of approximately 9 meters by 5 meters) is surrounded by 6 sun loungers, which you can move around if you wish. On the end of the pool area you will find a sitting area with stone table and benches whish you can also cover with a blind to give shade.
Through the main door you enter in an Andalucían style patio with a fountain in the centre and high ceilings which flood the area with light. On your right you can enter the kitchen either through the living room or through the utility room. The kitchen / dining area is fully fitted and you will find a great dining table that seats 8 people comfortably. At the back of the kitchen you find the spacious living room with two big sofas, a TV and also an open gas fire place. The living room leads out to the terrace and also overviews the pool and garden area.
On the left of the patio there are four bedrooms, all of which are spacious and with plenty of wardrobe space. The main bedroom and the two other bedrooms have a double bed and en-suite bathrooms; two with bathtub one with a hydroshower. The forth bedroom has twin (single) beds. The master bedroom has also access to the terrace with views over the pool area.
This property is absolutely a property that we would recommend! All in all an ideal family friendly villa for your holiday in Estepona. The villa has plenty of parking space, so if you are traveling with two cars that will be no problem.
