From the livingroom you go few steps up again and there is the dining area. The atmosfere in the livingroom/dining area is like in a fairytale castle because of the magnificient wall paintings! Of course it is also very easy to paint the walls, if you don't wish to spend your holidays in a fairytale castle. From the dining area there is access to a covered terrace where you have the morning sun. From here you'll reach to pick up fresh lemons from your very own lemontree. There is also a barbeque next to this covered terrace.
The fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen is next to the dining area and from the kitchen you have entrance to the utility room.
From the hallway to the left there are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom which also has been recently renovated with style.
Upstairs you have the master bedroom with complete privacy, on-suite-bathroom and lots of built-in-closets. From the master bedroom you have access to two different terraces. The other terrace is partly covered and has glass curtains so you can enjoy the afternoon coffee here in the sun all year round without wearing a pullover. From the other terrace you have a very nice seaview and access to the rooftop terrace. Up on the rooftop terrace you have THE PERFECT 360-view: the Mediterranean, the mountains and the very beautiful gardenlike surroundings. Here (as in all the other parts of the villa as well) you have a perfect privacy for sunbathing all day.
From the nice private courtyard you have access to a small but very nice finnish sauna. Swimming pool is situated on the plot next to this villa and is shared with two other villas.
There is a parking space behind the gate next to the villa. You can even fit two small cars there. It is also very easy to park on the street here.
15 min drive to Marbella and Fuengirola, 30 min to Malaga. Lots of amenities close by (5 min drive) and short walk (10 min) to the beach.
