This apartment offers you great value for money with a huge amount of space in a very popular urbanization right next to the beach.  The apartment was originally two apartments made into one so there is plenty of space within the property.  There are five good sized bedrooms all of which are en-suite.  Three of the bedrooms plus one of the two lounge areas are air conditioned while the other two bedrooms have fans, the apartment is provided with fibre optic WIFI and it is possible to stream online.  The main lounge has seating for ten people with plenty of space for more whilst the second lounge is adjacent to the main living area and is where the TV is situated.  There is a large dining area that opens out onto a large beautiful terrace.  The apartment can sleep 11 people quite comfortably.  There is a fabulous terrace overlooking the heated swimming pool - In total there are five beautiful swimming pools.   The gardens are very well maintained with plenty of well established palm trees and Mediterranean plants everywhere.  There is a lovely water cascade with fountains providing a lovely entrance to the property, 3 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts and 1 driving range.  There is 24 hours security and life guards on duty daily in high season.
This apartment is located on the ever-popular urbanisation El Presidente.  There are five nice swimming pools and the beach is just a few minutes walk away.  San Pedro town is a five minute drive away or to Estepona is 10 minutes.  The apartment is a great place for those with children due to the great swimming pools and the landscaped gardens and the proximity to the beach.  The gardens are stunning throughout the complex.  If you wish to go exploring, Puerto Banus or Estepona are just a ten minute drive away.  You are in the centre of many tourist attractions in this area between Malaga and Gibraltar.  There is also a small supermarket within walking distance and also a popular bar/restaurant called the Robin Hood.
